This series, was inspired by the destruction of lower manhattan on Sept 11, 2001. After turning on the television, and then on to the roof there was only one ill planned choice left. To take a camera, dust mask, and run down to ground zero. The time was around 11 am and the areas were secured by police but there is always a way, and the photos below were taken during a completely different state. Not the images of frenzy and chaos, but of a lonely, and vacant atmosphere. No people, No sounds. No one.
